Mr Jeremiah Bvirindi
Mr Bvirindi is the Chairman of the Board. He is the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Association. The PSMAS Board Chairman holds a Master of Public Sector Management Degree, an Executive Master of Business Administration degree and has audit and accounting experience. He is a Doctoral Researcher in Business Administration. His background and career path are most valuable to the course that PSMAS is charting. He has presented papers at international fora and is a leading researcher on civil service and corporate operations.
Mrs Fatima Kokerai Chauruka
Mrs Fatima Kokerai Chauruka is the Principal Accountant at Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings. She is the Vice Chairperson of the Board. She holds an MBA (UZ), BCompt (UNISA), ACIS, RPAcc. She is also a SAP ERP Solution Consultant.
Mr E Hamandishe
Mr Eria Hamandishe is the Director, Fiscal Policy and Advisory Services Department in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Economics and is involved in the development of national fiscal and macro-economic frameworks and Programmes. He is also responsible for coordinating the formulation of the National Budgets and tracks performance and developments in the economy.
He sits on a number of corporate boards and was a member of the Interim Management Team that began the PSMAS turnaround
Mr Simangaliso Mafa
Mr Mafa works for the Ministry of Health and Child Care. He holds a Masters of Science in Maternal Child Health from the University of Zimbabwe, an Executive MBA, A BSc in Community Health and Post Graduate Diplomas in Community Health and Midwifery.
He sits on some corporate and Health service-related boards and is a past Board member of various local, regional and international bodies in his field.
He has over 20 years’ experience in Community and Maternal Child Health issues and vast experience in both Leadership and Administration.
Mr Lender Dube
Mr Dube is the Inspector General for Human Resources Agency Performance Audit in the Public Service Commission. He holds a Bsc Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is highly experienced in Health Service Management, Human Resources Management and Performance auditing.
Mr Valerio Mukova
Mr Mukova was the Acting Deputy Director of Primary and Secondary Education operating at CDTS Mount Pleasant and has since retired. He is now into Education Consultancy with the Ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Exeter University (UK) and has experience in teacher training and administration. He is a Board Member of HEXCO Mashonaland, Board Member of Happy Primary School and Chairman of the CCOSA Examination Advisory Board. He is also an ex-officio to the National Association of Schools Inspectors and Directors in the Ministry of Education.
Ms. Fananai Madambi
Ms. Madambi is the Principal Director responsible for Presidential Affairs and Monitoring Implementation of government programs in the department of Psychomotor activities in education. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a certificate in education, Diploma in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration
Group Captain Murove
Group Captain Vote Albert Murove is the Director Legal and Advisory Services and Litigation in the Zimbabwe Defence Forces. He is a holder of Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Diploma in General Management and a Master’s Degree in International Relations.
Mr David Dzatsunga
Mr Dzatsunga is a qualified lecturer. He holds a Special Honours Degree in English and Media Studies, Bachelor of Arts Degree, Graduate Certificate in Education. He is the Secretary General of the Apex Council and President of the College Lecturers Association of Zimbabwe.
Dr Nonhlanhla Zwangobani
Dr Zwangobani is a qualified medical doctor. She is a holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery and a Masters in Public Health. She serves as the Technical Director of Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council, a parastatal under the Ministry of Health and Child Care, in charge of all clinical programs including family planning, HIV prevention, training and adolescent programs.
