Do you want to live a healthy lifestyle? We have a prescription with positive side effects designed just for you. Our Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a process that helps individuals identify possible health risk factors. It assesses one’s likelihood of developing common medical problems and injuries in the future. This helps individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Assessment includes:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Glucose Levels

To access the wellness screening form, download below for a self-assessment or visit any PSMAS branch.

After completing the form please submit to premierlifestyle@psmas.co.zw or submit in person at a PSMAS branch near you.

Cervical cancer screening

The cervical cancer screening is a care program aimed to inform women on preventative measures concerning their health. Cervical cancer is the 4th most common cancer among women globally, and in Zimbabwe it is the leading cause of cancer deaths in women. Cervical cancer can be cured if diagnosed at an early stage and treated promptly.

Prostate cancer screening

If you have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or are worried about it, you likely have a lot of questions. Learning some basics and getting screened is a good place to start.
